FAQ
What file types can I upload?
We support all common image formats for TEM tomography stacks such as MRC, REC, H5, TIFF or ZIP files. If you want to have multiple datasets processed, please compress your datasets into a single ZIP archive.
Should I upload tilt series or computed tomography stacks?
We prefer computed tomography stacks. But please contact us at contact@ariadne.ai if you would like to upload tilt series.
Is it possible to have structures/organelles segmented other than those listed?
Yes, just upload your datasets and indicate which custom segmentation classes you need and we will contact you within 1-2 business days with a corresponding offer. The segmentation results are provided as TIFF stacks, where each segmentation class has a unique ID. If you require any other file format, please get in touch with us at contact@ariadne.ai.

How long does the segmentation take?
Usually, your order will be segmented within 1–2 weeks after arrival of the payment. The duration will depend on the image signal-to-noise, the image resolution, the difficulty of the segmentation task and the number of datasets. You will be notified by e-mail once your results are ready for download.
Is my data safe with you?
We take data security very seriously. All data provided by our customers is kept strictly confidential and maintained on secure infrastructure.
What payment options do you accept?
You can pay with credit card (via stripe) or by wire transfer. For the latter, you will receive an invoice with your order details after you submit your dataset.
